Order it a month ago and still haven’t received my order. My last order came wrong

I could not get a simple answer to whether it would arrive before Christmas - and then found out it was coming from China! Seems like they could have told me immediately that it would not arrive by Christmas. So I have to assume they did not answer me so that I would not cancel before production was complete. The sweatshirt finally arrived and it was horrible. The names were irregularly spaced! They take 2 or more days to respond so they have very slowly offered me $10 refunds, then increased a little more and a little more but never offered a full refund, only about half. But this is a product we cannot use. Finally, they offered to redo the sweatshirt but only AFTER I suggested it. Yet they wanted me to remove some of the names - I can't delete some of my grandkids! I'm supposed to give my wife a sweatshirt with only SOME of the grandkids' names on it?! I replied today (weeks later) that there is plenty of room for all 9 graadkids if they space them correctly because it will take less space than the crazy way it was done by someone in China. But since they will not reply for 2 or more days, I won't know if they are going to do that or require me to delete some grandkids. This is the absolute most ridiculous csutomer service I have ever experienced online. Even though their website says on every page that customer satisfaction is their #1 priority, DON'T BELIEVE IT!

Number of Kids

The product itself was fine, it came exactly as advertised...but when you offer something for Mother's Day, and it arrives AFTER Father's Day...well that is just unacceptable. Maybe they didn't anticipate the large number of orders, but still, you can't be promoting products for a specific holiday and then not deliver which is why I am giving 3 stars.
